Different stress illustration

There are different types of stress coping strategies for different people. I don't know why, but i thought about how i can categorize it with food (or drinks). Am i magnificent or am i magnificent? :D

Water - So, when you give some heat to water, it evaporates. Same thing, some people when faced with pressure, they are gone and no where to be seem. Avoidant type.

Cheese - It melts when presented with heat. So these kind of people breakdown when they are faced with stressors. They don't avoid it, they...... breakdown. :)

Fried fish - When you try to fry fish, what happens? oil will keep on popping, and it hurts. These are the kind of people who always complain and complain (like how the crackling sound when you fry fish) and yes, it hurts the people around them. sad state of affair, but there are a lot of these people. Complaining type

Toast bread - apply some heat, and it becomes hard. Some people becomes hard when stress gets to them.

Rice - Ah.. finally a good 1. it becomes big and nice to eat. matures with time and is not too hard, not too soft. Learning type

Of course.. all the food above are just examples, and are not exclusive and exhautive (fuiyoh)
