Visualisation/ Imagination

Well in this blog, i would explain who can make u feel good about yourself.. and guess what the answer is?? YOU

y do i say so? well because u can control your emotions to a certain level. but before that, how do i know that as humans, we can control our own emotions to a certain limit?

i read an article in The Star about dynamic meditation.. in simple terms it's visualisation la.. and this psychologist by the name of Dr. Aretoula Fullam said:

"Research has shown that whether you are objectively experiencing something or imagining something, the same part of the brain is activated. So the brain in the other words, does not know the difference between the real and the imagined. It just follows your instructions, and starts working on manifesting that thing that you want. And this is how improvements occur."

So you can say that, in a way, our brain is quite dumb.. because it can't differentiates between what is real and imaginary. haha... but the good thing is, you can make it to your advantage and change yourself for the better. visualise yourself to be happy, and yeah u can be happy.. if u have headache, then maybe you can imagine yourself relaxing beside the beach.. and eventually u will heal..
no guarantees though.. i don't mean that if u have cancer, u can heal yourself like this.. but in terms of stress, then yes.. to a large extend, you can control it. please do not hold me for any wrongs ya.. hahaha.. well give it a try.. no harm right?
