It only takes someone to suprise you in the most unexpected ways
Yesterday i went to eat KFC with Khoi Yit and John. So after i bought my X meal, i went to my place and line up to wash hands lo.. so before i wash my hands, i did the sign of the cross, to pray for meal la..
so after i finish washing, there's this Malay man who looked at me and said
Guy: KAU SEMBAHYANG EH? *smiling and nodding his head*
Mr T: YEA LA.. SEMBAHYANG.. *smiling and nodding head* Kita kenalah berterima kasih atas rahmat yang diberi oleh Tuhan
Guy: Oh bagus bagus... Jarang jumpa sekarang pemuda pemudi yang kuat imannya.
Mr. T: Kan bagus gitu? maksudnya saya seorang daripada yang jarang jarang ada. hahaha *took a seat at his table*
Well, actually that didn't happened. XD... what actually happened was just the letters in bold.. after i said that, i just went back to my place and chomp on my dinner.. lol.. did i caught u?
but that's not the point, the point is this stranger made my day. By that simple question of asking me whether i was praying, he demonstrated the acceptance of another faith. He acknowledge the distinction between his faith and mine and see common ground rather than dissimilarities. If Malaysia would have more of such people, how good will that be?
On a random note, i dreamt of Ying Zhou yesterday morning. and this dream is so creative. It's creative if i say so.. :p And he was playing 'a song from the secret garden'. How random can that be right? Maybe psychologist should run a correlation reseach on people's creativity in dream and creativity in reality. hahhahaha..

MAPCU
15th November 2008
This is the most happening day in my entire life.... Today is the day HELP participate in MAPCU for volleyball.. woke up at 5.20 morning to get ready to go to college...
So reach college on time and it was raining heavily.... out of all the people, 2 guys and a girl is not there yet... call and call and call and call and call and call and call and call and call.... but couldn't get them.. early morning already got stress... talk about becoming president man... so not fun
finally we left without the 3 of them... board the bus and we are on our way to Nottingham University in Semenyih.. reached at about 8.20 a.m. and register as soon as possible.. HELP sent 2 male teams and 2 female teams, and all 4 teams commence at the same time at 4 different court.. walao.. gila-fied...
for my team, there are only 6 players... no substitute... play until we die.. if injured, then oh well such is life lo.. first team we went against UCSI. If i remember correctly, we won the first match, then lost the second match, and won the third match... stress... should not have even played the third match.. but oh well we won ... so that's that lo..
second team we played against is against Taylors... we won by quite a big margin.. 2 sets in a row.. so nothing much to talk about.. third set play against IMU i think... again.. won first set, lost second set and won again third set... again very stress... but we won.. so we were the group champion.. playing against the 1st runner up of the second group...
so ate lunch, and then get ready for semi finals.. semi finals, we met APIIT. and won them 2 sets in a row.. our spiker was on fire in that match.. hahaha.. so come to finals.. then got bad news.. for the finals, we playing only 1 set, 31 points... normaly play 3 set, 25 points, but because the organizer sees that the weather is going to rain, they decide to only play 1 set... so play lo.. and we lost to Nilai UC by 31-29... sigh.. so for guys, only got 1st runner up..
but because we got only 6 guys, i got 2 medals.. XD.. once got the first medal.. line up again to get the second medal.. lol.. the girls got gold medal.. bravo.. haahahaha...
a day full of shouting... the day i shouted the most in my entire life.. shout like nobody's business... shout from court to court... from court 1 to court 2 to court 3 to court 4... become president also not easy.. now throat pain dy...
a day full of jumping... jump to block, jump to spike, jump in excitement...
a day full of stress... from morning in college, till in court playing... till going back and getting everyone together...
a day full of emotions... from stress in college, to frustration in court, to excitement when getting points, to nervousness in serving, to being ambivalent about the end result..
I am so tired..

Dawns a new era
U must have serious issues with your surroundings, or u must be dead not to notice this news:
In case you don't know this, oh well, nevermind, u can still live your life. There are more important things in life :)
Anyway, back to Obama... I personally am glad that he won.. a lot of people around the globe is sharing my sentiments... people from Kenya, Africa, Indonesia, iraq, Iran, and even Malaysia.. This man proves that one's colour is not a factor in choosing a leader.
When i was walking towards my meeting yesterday, i was walking up the stairs in my uni and there were people there staring at the wall.. i was wondering why.. even Mr. Chan (co-founder of my Uni) was there looking.. i went up the stairs and there they were, watching CNN special, reporting that Obama has won... all the people in the report were shouting like crazy, almost euphoric..
what makes this man so special? he promises hope, change, and in him, everyone places their hope for a better tomorrow. U can't deny it, US is very influencial in almost every aspect. With the rise of the first Black President, I am eager to see what changes will he bring to the world...
today the Prime Minister said that it is possible for even the ethnic minority in Malaysia to be Prime Minister. Really?? hahaha.. i am a bit sceptical about that idea, but i love it. Indeed, y can't we have a Chinese, Indian or even a indegenous people as Prime Minister? If they have the capability to lead, why shouldn't they be given a chance? I would love for that day to arrive, although i hope that it wouldn't take too long.. US took 200 years (i think) for a first non White to be the president... how long will we take?
something for you to ponder about...

Birthday Celebration
For my this year's birthday celebration, my gang brought me to Marche's (hopefully i didn't spelt it wrongly) at .... Cineleisure is it? and upon arriving, Mr. Lam said.. "who argued with me that Marche's got only 1 cow? See.. 1, 2, 3, 4... 4 cows" ah i see.. oh so there are 4 cows at Marche's.. revelation
oh before that.. we celebrated on the .... let's see.. 3rd of Nov... so it's a belatedE1 celebration... but oh well, such is life la.. too busy with assignments.. the best birthday present that they can give me is time to complete assignments.. hahahaha
ok so back to Marche's... it's my first time there.. and the environment was ok la.. but a bit warm though.. the taste of the food was fine, just fine, but for that kind of food the price was SERIOUSLY throat cutting.. i couldn't give an explanation why they price their food so expensive except that their concept was special.. hmm..
so let's review what i ate there... 2 small bites of Rosti (rosti is... toasted potatoes), 1 bite of bread something pudding, some black pepper chicken rice, 1 piece of pizza, 1 small piece of chicken breast, 1 chicken drumstick, a lil mash potatoes, ice kacang, and 2 piece of cake. yea that's about it i guess..
company as usual, kamching kamching lo..
that's that...
on the 6th of Nov, someone suprised me with a cake and a gift.. really a suprise, didn't anticipate one little bit.. hahaha.. came in with a... very cute red finger and wished me happy belated birthday and presented me with a cake... oh so touched..
Thank you for everyone who made the effort ya.. one way or another..
God Bless~
