I shall start with this morning. This morning i dreamt of something weird. Hahaha.. Dreamt of Loo Loo actually.. I was eating with people (can't really remember who but people with close relationship i guess.. family?) and then when we finished eating, Loo Loo came into the picture..

She said that she had argument with someone and she poured out her stuffs to me la.. So in the dream, i felt that i was eating in Sungai Wang, and after she told me her stuffs, she disappeared for a moment and when she came back, i asked her to go walk walk with me la.. to level 6.

so we went to a lift and then there's a man inside the lift.. and we went in...

strange enough, the lift got lots of buttons, because got lots of levels.. and money river don't have that many levels.. and the lift is not going where we are wanting to go. it travels here and there and finally when the lift door opened, we were at... Puchong? hahahaha.. seriously absurd..

then climbed up the stairs and i almost tripped, and then i woke up... cause my alarm woke me up.

So moving backwards to yesterday.... i woke up early to go to church for some things.. and well it ended quite fun la.. although i have to dig some money out of my pocket, but i guess that's what a leader have to do la.. hahaha..

then in the afternoon, after lunch i went to Oriental Crystal Hotel to attend the Selangor Volleyball Association's (SVA) AGM. Heard that YAB Selangor's MB will be there, and i was anticipating to see him in person, but he did not attend. hahaha.. nevermind that..

So the president of SVA LOVES to talk.. XD.. but then his talk is quite listenable la.. he always added in his life experience which added the persuasion value into it (vividness). He's old, but he has come to a stage where he have transcended life... from the way he speaks, it is as if what he wants is to give back to the society.. very good, lovely man indeed.

And i have some good news regarding the organizing of beach volleyball. Hopefully i can materialize this dream plan of mine :)

In conclusion.. life's good. I am finding satisfaction from what I am currently doing.. very blessed indeed.

Ramblings

I act as if i am joking, but i do mean what i say.....
it hurts to hear you tell me, but i do want to know....
i don't know how to be serious, afraid that our relationship would be jeapordized...
what have i learn in psychology? is there anything that i have learnt that can be applied to me?
it is both bitter and sweet....
i feel as if there is a void in my heart...
but i guess loving means that i have to let go and be happy for the other...

happy for a bird. dang cute. happy that she is happy. :D

on a totally suprising note, i saw ms. winnee here.. in penang.. she is staying in the same hotel as i am.. lol.. super suprised to bump into her here.. no.. not winnee cheong.. but winnee, foundation lecturer... wife of alex chin.. XD

at first when i saw her, i was thinking to myself 'how come look so much like winnee 1?' then comes mr. alex and jason.. then confirm her dy.. lol..

and when she is here.. how can jason not be here? JASON!!!! XD but then i didn't go play with him.. not good la... whole family there i go kacau.. lol

there are sooooo many cute girls at the wedding dinner la just now.. lol.. i mean cute LITTLE girls.. haha.. all dressed in white and super cute lo all of them.. even the little boys are cute.. :p
food was better tonight, atmosphere better also.. yum sing also got oomph... but void is still there

The most peaceful place on earth

Is the cemetery.

the atmosphere of the cemetery is very calm, still, as if time stops there. I don't know about other cemetery, but the one where my mother is buried is really peaceful. The place is really very pretty and to me, it's like a glimpse into heaven.

Trees grow, flowers are abundant, the busy-ness of the city is drowned in this tranquility.

Healthy living

Just now i went to Pusat Perubatan Universiti Melaya (PPUM) to visit my uncle. He got some complication regarding his kidney and he got diabetis. very serious diabetis. My dad asked the doctor there and the doctor there said that there are 2 options:

1) Kidney transplant - u know about this right? nothing much to say

2) Continuous dialisis - have to go 3 times a week, and each time will take about 4 hours. Include the time travelling, that could be 5 - 6 hours, depending on the traffic flow. it's almost half of the waking hour and could you imagine the psychological experience someone like him has to go through? i am not blaming the doctor la of course.. it's just a very sad situation, not just for him, but for every other person as well. In the pursuit of maintaining someone's life, i guess doctors pretty much ignored the psychological aspect.

As such, I am inclined to write here how to live healthily... :)

• Don't eat too much fat, salt and sugar. If u ask me, i would say enemy number one is fast food meal. Try to eat less of those la..
• Drink lots of water
• Get enough rest
• Exercise regularly
• Don't look too highly on money - use money and love people, not love money and use people. If you are too stubborn on money matters, it will eat u up. Of course, i don't mean u simply spend la.

Take good care of your health my friend. What taste good now might not be what's best for you.

Happily Ever After?

Today on the radio, they were discussing the topic of whether it should or should not get back together with ex.

So this guy called in and said that he would definitely want to. Cause he broke up with his gf for 2 years and he still misses her a lot. hahahaha.. only when we lose something will we appreciate it right?

If you ever got married, think of this question. Would you prefer your spouse to die first or you dying first? If your spouse does go first, then surely you will be full of sorrow. Don't 1 to be that sorrowful, so you hope to go first? Aren't you a little bit too selfish? So you would wish for the other to go first? Or you going first?

Treasure whatever you have right now. China got drought, Australia is drowning. Be grateful for wherever you are...

Mat Rempit

Yes!! that's my answer to your question.

wait a minute.. how can i know what u are thinking? cause i study psychology... i can read minds remember? XD u must be wondering did i met a mat rempit today and had a bad experience right? and so the answer is above, and again.. i say it here.. Yes!!

No la.. psychologist don't read mind. And no.. i didn't had any bad experience with mat rempit today. :p i just suddenly decided to blog about it cause....

today we had a really really short discussion about what we should do for our presentation in one of our subjects (Adolescent and adult development psych) and one of the topic is mat rempit. i thought that it would be pretty interesting (besides the fact that if we really can pull off this research, it would be really really super duper cool cause it will be the first ever psychological reseach on mat rempits and you know how popular we are going to be? ah fame.. people might actually invite us to give talk, ask for professional opinion.. oh i am already drooling from thinking about it :p) therefore, i came home and did some research (see.. i do my homework k)..

so this is what i came up with.. i found this blog of mat rempit and according to the blog, mat rempits are only interested in racing and not things such as gangsterism or vandalism. what they are aiming for are actually adrenaline 'high' during the race, and it gets especially high when police are chasing them. and jeng jeng jeng.. this is the most interesting point (or at least to me) i found out

some of the mat rempits are graduate from University. i repeat.. GRADUATE.

this is really strange. i can understand y they want adrenaline rush.. cause teenagers have a surge of hormone and they would want to find this 'high', apply to both guys and girls (as proved by the existence of minah rempit), coupled with teenagers' feeling of immortally, and wanting to prove themselves. and on the sidenote, human prefrontal cortex doesn't grow till it's optimal level until when we are in our 20's. So teenagers having such behavior.. understandable

but being a graduate.. that's another matter.. it means that the person is at least 22? and being a graduate, the individual should have a high expectation for him/herself and would find high in something more ... safe? really i don't understand.. which is what makes it more interesting.. but of course, according to the blogger, graduates are only a small fraction constituting mat rempit la.

and i also want to know.. y are mat rempits almost all malays? are there any other races? yes? no? WHY?? gah!! no use thinking so much since i can't do any reseach on them also.. no past research (if got, then it wouldn't be called 'first ever' in the first place right? XD), takkan go and interview them right? although i actually did imagine the scenario.. lol.. funny...

ok back to reality.. might do something related to retirement *wink wink* or teen pregnancy
